“From Life “ with Julia Borjas at Casals de Catalunya
Exhibition “From life” took place last June at Casals de Catalunya with paintings and drawings of Julia Borjas and students of her studio “ The Angel”. . The opening adress by Dr Rey who expounded about some aspects of life, from the philosophical point of view and related with art . |
The aim of this exhibition was to express through forms, spots and drawings, some aspects of life which sometimes are unnoticed in this anxious way of our existence.
The exhibited works had no titles, only indicating posters , with the purpose that observers could discovered some aspects of life, in this daily and shaken life road. |
The sculptures have been done with alabaster, extracted from Mendoza quarries, Argentina .
Other expressions of art and life also participated in this event, such as soprano Astrit Neiff going along with piano played by Antonio Delía and Alfredo Araoz, tango singer, giving warmth to this meeting. |
